File downloads have not been working for any of you; that issue should be resolved now. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you all.

As you can see, we've once again updated our site. We don't make a habit of frequent user-facing changes, but the last update was in fact a downgrade - our experience with the "Wordpress e-Commerce" plugin was very poor. Some of you were even unable to download SoundBoard after your purchase!

All in all, it was a very poor experience, so we're trying something new. Everything's already migrated - all your user accounts and purchase information and all. To access your new account you simply need to reset your password by clicking Request new password over on the right side, and enter the e-mail address or username on your account.

I've migrated all your user accounts and purchases and activated the new system. If you hover your mouse over 'Store' there at the top, you'll see "Your Account" in the dropdown; you'll be able to log in there once you've reset your password.

Unfortunately, you can't reset your password from that page - you have to do that from the Wordpress login page, reachable on the right by clicking "Log in" under "Meta".

I'm in the process of updating the website. I don't expect any problems, but there is a change of which existing customers should be aware. I'm integrating your accounts with Wordpress user accounts and switching to an easier-to-manage system. As a result, your passwords will be erased; however, your user information and e-mail addresses will remain the same, so simply click "Log In" on the right and then click "Lost your password?" It will ask for your e-mail address and send you a new temporary password to that address.

As promised, SoundBoard 2.4 is now available. It contains all the features mentioned in yesterday's post, with one addition - SoundBoard now has an actual installer. (No more mucking around with .zip files!) You can now install and uninstall SoundBoard just like any other program, and you'll get shortcuts in your Start menu and/or on your desktop.

If you have already purchased SoundBoard, version 2.4 is available on the Software page of your Xnapid.com account.

I just thought I'd give an update on the next release of SoundBoard:

• 1-9 and 0 on the number pad now work the same as the normal 1-9 and 0 buttons.
• SoundBoard now loads the last file you had open when you start the program again.
• SoundBoard now tracks whether you have unsaved changes, and prompts you to save before quitting or creating a new board if you haven't saved.
• SoundBoard 2.4 requires the .NET Framework version 4, which was recently released. You can download .NET 4 from Windows Update.

We've released SoundBoard 2.3!

2.3's biggest new feature is that there are now hotkeys for playing sounds and changing pages. They are as follows:

• 1-9 and 0 play sounds 1-9 and 10, respectively.
• Page Up and Page Down move to the previous and next page, respectively.
• Backspace stops (not pauses) all sounds.
