Migration complete
I've migrated all your user accounts and purchases and activated the new system. If you hover your mouse over 'Store' there at the top, you'll see "Your Account" in the dropdown; you'll be able to log in there once you've reset your password.
Unfortunately, you can't reset your password from that page - you have to do that from the WordPress login page, reachable on the right by clicking "Log in" under "Meta".
On the "Your Account" page, you'll be able to see the amount and date of your purchase, as well as see a download link for your software. Note that you are now limited to one hundred total downloads of the software, but that is not intended as permission to distribute anything to anyone; the limit is high only for your convenience.

Upgrading the site
I'm in the process of updating the website. I don't expect any problems, but there is a change of which existing customers should be aware. I'm integrating your accounts with WordPress user accounts and switching to an easier-to-manage system. As a result, your passwords will be erased; however, your user information and e-mail addresses will remain the same, so simply click "Log In" on the right and then click "Lost your password?" It will ask for your e-mail address and send you a new temporary password to that address.
You should still be able to download SoundBoard if you have purchased it, however the transition will probably not preserve the transaction details from your original purchase transaction. Paypal should still have those details in your Paypal account, however we can retrieve them for you if you need them.
We're also happy to announce that we're adding a new payment method: Google Checkout.
I'm disabling access to your user accounts (and to Soundboard purchases) for the duration of the migration. I expect to have access restored in a few hours; I'll post again when we're up and running.
Account e-mails
Our server was unable to send e-mails for account creation, password resets, or software purchase confirmation for the last 24 hours. We apologize for the inconvenience. If you need to activate your account or reset your password, please click "My Account" above and then click "Forgot your password?"
If you did not get a confirmation of your software purchase, and you need an e-mail confirmation of your purchase, please send an e-mail to support@xnapid.com and we will assist you as soon as possible. Note that the service interruption did not prevent your purchase from registering on your account; you can download your purchased software from the Software page after logging in to your account.
Database server migration
I'm migrating Xnapid's database server to a new host; there will be a brief interruption in the website's availability while I do this. I apologize for the inconvenience.
New site
As you can see, xnapid.com has been updated! Hopefully it will be much easier to navigate, and be easier on the eyes too.
Your Xnapid.com customer account can be reached by clicking the "My Account" button above. (That's also where you create a new account.)
If anyone has problems purchasing SoundBoard due to the site update, please let us know at support@xnapid.com so we can get it fixed right away.
